Hi there! I’m Alicia Santos, and I’m excited to be a part of the One Behavioral family as a Care Coordinator. With a strong background in customer service and training, I’m here to ensure your experience with us is smooth and supportive.
I bring over three years of clerical experience and five years in sales, excelling in promoting products, optimizing business processes, and delivering exceptional customer service. In my role as Lead Spa Associate at Hand and Stone, I oversaw client memberships and accounts, managed client check-ins and check-outs, and provided leadership to both front and backhouse teams. I handled emergency situations with composure and efficiency, ensuring client satisfaction, and addressed client concerns promptly to maintain high service standards.
In addition to my experience in the spa industry, I have worked within retail and door to door sales. I have experience with patients through the Bachelors degree that I am currently pursuing.
I hold an Associate’s degree in Social and Behavioral Science from Lone star College, which I completed in May 2020. Currently, I am pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders at the University of Houston and have a minor in Psychology. My education has provided me with a solid foundation in understanding human behavior and effective communication, both of which are essential in providing excellent patient care.
I am fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, which allows me to communicate effectively with a broader range of patients, ensuring they feel comfortable and understood. My skills in conflict management, leadership, problem-solving, and social listening enable me to handle various situations with ease and professionalism.
When I’m not at work, you might find me assisting stray animals and taking care of my pets! I also enjoy music and traveling in the outdoors. I am passionate about delivering outstanding care and service, which I believe are essential for a fulfilling and joyful life. Being part of a team that is committed to your well-being is a privilege.
I am grateful for the opportunity to contribute to your journey toward better health. Please feel free to reach out—I’m here to support you in any way I can!
