How to get started

INTRODUCTION

Learn more about esketamine nasal spray.

First, you will meet the Patient Consultant, who will evaluate your history and explain the details of esketamine nasal spray treatment. Whether in person, over the phone, or via video call.

We focus in insurance so you don't have to.

Your Patient Consultant will also go over basic insurance plan criteria with you and explain treatment payment choices. To determine benefits, we will work with your health insurance provider.

Before the Treatement

Determine whether psychedelic ketamine-based depression treatment is appropriate for you. Following that, you’ll visit with a One Behavioral practitioner for an assessment, which will include past medical history and symptoms.
If provider determines that you are a candidate for esketamine nasal spray and are ready to proceed, they will prepare your personalised treatment plan.

TREATMENT

You're all set to feel better!

Eat nothing for two hours and avoid significant amounts of fluids for 30 minutes before treatment.
To accommodate your schedule, we attempt to arrange esketamine nasal spray treatments in the afternoon at most One Behavioral locations. You’d come into the One Behavioral centre in the afternoon, get treated, then go home, eat supper, and sleep. Most individuals are ready to resume their normal activities the next morning.

Our major concern is
your safety and comfort.

Because esketamine is a psychedelic medication for depression, you may feel dizzy, euphoric, or inebriated during treatment. Our Care Team will be on-site to support you throughout your treatment. Your blood pressure will be taken at the start, 40 minutes later, and before you depart. You’ll feel sleepy and woozy after treatment. You can’t do anything risky for the rest of the day. This includes driving, so you’ll need someone to transport you home after treatment.
