Hi there! I’m Jessica, and I’m delighted to be a part of the One Behavioral family as the MA Assistant Manager. With over six years of experience in medical assistance at One Behavioral, I’m here to ensure your experience with us is smooth and supportive.
In my role as Lead Medical Assistant, I oversee and manage office operations and staff, ensuring that all daily tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. I handle patient scheduling, manage electronic health records, and provide back-office assistance with patients. Additionally, I support billing processes, handle prior authorizations, and coordinate with insurance companies to ensure smooth clinic operations.
