Hi there! I’m Kennedy Angstadt, and I’m excited to be a part of the One Behavioral family as a Care Coordinator. With a strong background in both customer service and administrative roles, I’m here to ensure your experience with us is smooth and supportive.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Oklahoma and an Associate of Science in Pre-Medicine from Oklahoma City Community College. My education has provided me with a solid foundation in understanding biological sciences and effective communication, both of which are essential in providing excellent patient care.
My professional experience includes working as a Receptionist at Tripp Chiropractic, where I scheduled and confirmed appointments, answered and directed calls, processed payments, and provided administrative support to the team. Additionally, I have experience in lifeguarding, where I delivered basic life support in emergency situations and coordinated swimming lessons for children.
I am proficient in various office equipment operations, multitasking, data entry, and time management. My friendly and positive attitude, combined with my skills in customer service, ensure that I can engage effectively with patients and handle high-pressure situations with ease. I am also CPR/AED certified, which equips me with the skills to respond to emergencies effectively.
When I’m not at work, you might find me in the gym or out trying new foods around the Houston area. I am passionate about delivering outstanding care and service, which I believe are essential for a fulfilling and joyful life. Being part of a team that is committed to your well-being is a privilege.
I am grateful for the opportunity to contribute to your journey toward better health. Please feel free to reach out—I’m here to support you in any way I can!
