Hi there! I’m Michelle Rosales, and I’m excited to be a part of the One Behavioral family as a Medical Assistant. With an abundance of experience in customer service and administrative roles, I’m here to ensure your experience with us is compassionate, supportive, and seamless.
In my role as a Medical Assistant, I leverage my extensive background in administrative and customer service functions to provide comprehensive support to both patients and healthcare providers. My responsibilities include managing patient check-ins and check-outs, scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and assisting with various medical and administrative tasks. My bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English allows me to effectively communicate with a diverse patient population, ensuring everyone receives the best care and service possible.
Before joining One Behavioral, my journey in the workforce began as a customer service representative and progressed to roles as an administrative assistant and human resources generalist. This diverse experience has taught me the importance of effective communication, adaptability, and empathy. In my role, I adopted a compassionate approach to interacting with individuals, their families, and team members. I made sure everyone felt heard and valued, recognizing that a great company starts with great employees. I take this approach wherever I go because I understand the importance of empathy and professionalism in creating a positive environment for everyone.
I am currently enrolled at San Jacinto College, where I’m pursuing a degree in Business Administration. My skill set includes providing excellent customer service, using critical thinking to address patient concerns, demonstrating empathy through active listening, collaborating effectively within my team, and possessing extensive knowledge in the behavioral health field.
When I’m not at work, you might find me spending time with my family—the most important aspect of my life. You’ll also often find me immersed in a non-fiction book or enjoying the outdoors, surrounded by nature. I firmly believe that delivering excellent care and service is integral to a fulfilling and joyful existence. Being part of a dedicated team committed to your well-being fills me with pride.
