Hi there! I’m Racquel Williams, and I’m excited to be a part of the One Behavioral family as a Care Coordinator. With over a decade of experience in various healthcare roles, I’m here to ensure your experience with us is smooth and supportive.
In my role as Care Coordinator, I handle coordinating your care plans, connecting you with the right providers, and ensuring that all aspects of your treatment are well-organized and effective. I love helping others and ensuring that you receive comprehensive care, and I’m dedicated to making a positive impact on our clients’ lives every day.
Before joining One Behavioral, I gained extensive experience working in various healthcare positions. As a Medical Office Coordinator at Evins Group (Harris County Public Health), I greeted patients, managed check-ins and check-outs, scheduled appointments, and maintained patient records. At TIRR Memorial Hermann (TMC), where I served as a Unit Secretary, I admitted and discharged patients, answered calls, managed patient records, and maintained inventory. My earlier roles include being a Resident Aide at Orchard Park at Southfork, an HHA at Granny Nannies and Florida Hospital Waterman, a CNA/HHA at Brookdale Senior Living, and a CNA at Clermont Health and Rehab.
I hold certifications in PCT, HHA, Phlebotomy, Basic Life Support, and EKG. My education and extensive practical experience equip me with a comprehensive understanding of both clinical and administrative functions in a medical setting. When I’m not at work, you might find me spending time with my fur babies. I truly believe mental health is essential to living a full, happy life, and I’m proud to be part of a team that’s committed to your well-being.
