Dr. Aishwarya Raju is an enthusiastic and dedicated Board Certified Psychiatrist, trained in Adult as well as Child & Adolescent Psychiatry. She received her medical degree at William Carey University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Hattiesburg, MS and completed her training in adult psychiatry at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans, LA. She was finally able to come back home to Texas for her Child & Adolescent Psychiatry fellowship and complete her training at UT Southwestern Dallas.
Dr. Raju is confident in medication management as well as therapy, particularly CBT, with strong clinical training in inpatient, outpatient and partial hospitalization/IOP settings for children and adolescents. She believes in a holistic approach and that nothing can beat a therapeutic patient-provider relationship.
