Faiza Haque

Faiza Haque graduated from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley with a master’s degree in nursing. She is a compassionate person who works hard to build trust among her patients. As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) at One Behavioral in Pearland, Texas, Faiza uses a biopsychosocial approach to diagnose and treat patients with a variety of mental health issues, providing medications, making assessments, planning interventions, and negotiating therapy. She believes that our lifestyle, including dietary choices and exercise habits, has a significant impact on our well-being as a proponent of preventative care.

She is dedicated to making each patient’s visit to the practice as pleasant and convenient as possible. Faiza treats depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, OCD, ADHD, PTSD, relationship/marital problems, employment challenges, and a range of other mental health concerns in patients ranging in age from 5 to 65. She works with a wide range of people and looks into themes such as cultural, ethnic, and gender differences. She offers evidence-based medication management as well as a variety of psychotherapy approaches that are tailored to her patients’ specific needs. Faiza creates a welcoming environment in which people may open up about whatever is on their minds. She is willing to collaborate with her clients to assist them in effectively handling life’s stresses, gain a better understanding of themselves, and be their best selves.
