Lindsey practices with a collaborative and patient-centered approach. She believes effective mental health care starts with listening and building a treatment plan that fits each person’s goals, lifestyle, and comfort level. Her aim is not only symptom relief, but improved daily functioning at home, school, work, and in relationships.
She strives to create a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free environment where patients feel comfortable asking questions and actively participating in their care.
