Nikita Engineer is a licensed physician assistant (PA) at One Behavioral. She provides comprehensive psychiatric care to rural, suburban, and urban populations from various backgrounds in Texas. She graduated from the University of Texas Medical Branch with a master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies in 2019. She graduated from Lee University with a double major in Biological Science and Health Science and a minor in Psychology in 2016.
Nikita specializes in diagnosing and treating multiple psychiatric conditions including depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, mood disorders, psychotic disorders, and substance use disorders among others. She is an experienced professional who can serve patients aged 18 and higher. She believes in a holistic approach to treating mental health conditions that involves medication management, brief psychotherapy, and lifestyle modifications. She is committed to providing patient-centered care through building strong therapeutic alliances and implementing evidence based medicine.
